We created a shirt so everyone, fan and entertainers alike, can proudly announce they Support Positive LGBT Representation in the media. Our hope is that the shirts can help spread the word about the movement and create a conversation towards real change.

We can’t guarantee you’ll look as good as Eliza Taylor or these other lovely ladies in it, but we challenge you to try. Tag us in your pics! @LGBTfansDB and use #SupportLGBTee!

When Lexa was killed, fans weren’t just angry: they were devastated. Out of that anger and pain, we realized that we could help make a difference. So we decided to create a book of Clexa fanart, and donate all proceeds to The Trevor Project, raising money for a cause that helps LGBT youth: a vulnerable demographic. By creating this book, we found a way for everyone to come together and turn a negative event into something positive.

To date, we have sold over 2,000 copies and donated over $19,000 to The Trevor Project.

We’re proud to add our support to this fan-driven initiative raising money on behalf of the Trevor Project. Because LGBTFDB’s mission is to not only advocate for positive media representation but to also support like-minded charitable organizations aimed at bettering the lives of the LGBTQ+ community, this past year we donated all proceeds from t-shirts and book sales to the Trevor Project, a 501(c)(3) organization which provides a national 24-hour, toll free confidential suicide hotline for gay and questioning youth. This upcoming year, we will continue to support fundraisers for additional LGBTQ+ focused organizations that share our mission of empowering and serving our community.
